BEAR VALLEY LOVES FAMILIES! 
Children 5 and under are free! Children 6 to 15 receive a 50% discount when staying with their parents/guardians.  Children requiring their own cabin will receive a 25% discount.
 

Included in all packages:  

Bear Valley Lodge provides all meals, lodging, and daily guided fishing trips on 28-32ft vessels with experienced Coast Guard licensed captains. Also included: rods and reels, bait, rain gear, rubber footwear, fish processing: vacuum packaging, 2 wet lock fish boxes holding up to 50 lbs.          Use of  sea kayaks and skiffs.

 Not Included in packages: 

Fishing license and King Salmon stamp, beer, spirits, airfare to and from the lodge, to and from your destination, hotel expenses while traveling, excess air freight, gratuities, unscheduled transportation.

Schedules Transportation to the Lodge 

Scheduled transportation to Bear Valley Lodge from Wrangell is on Sunday and departures to Wrangell from Bear Valley Lodge are on Saturday.  Generally, transportation is a float plane unless other circumstances prevail or guests wish to use ground transportation.  Alaska Airlines flies to Wrangell from Seattle and arrives in Wrangell at 9:30 am. All travel plans should allow for extra time due to heightened airport security.

Reservation Policy

A 50% deposit confirms your reservation.  Balance is due 90 days prior to your arrival. We accept cash, checks, VISA, Master Card, and American Express.   In the event of a cancellation, we will apply your deposit to a future trip, less any non-refundable service charges.

Limits of Liability

 

All persons requesting services from Bear Valley Lodge Alaska LLC recognize that fishing and adventuring in Alaska may be  hazardous activities and agree to not hold Bear Valley Lodge Alaska LLC liable for damages that may result from acts that are not the result of their direct negligence. Therefore, we specifically disclaim any liability, which is not the result of our direct negligence. We assume no liability for acts, omission or negligence by other persons and are not held responsible for accidents, fire, theft, acts of God or other forces of nature, loss of equipment or any other acts beyond our control.
